These look like they’d be super easy and a great project for spirit clubs, cheerleaders, or any other clubs on campus that specialize in showing school spirit. They could probably even be a super-cool, super-inexpensive and super-awesome fundraiser for pep rallies and what not.

It looks like there is only one minor use of the sewing machine with a stitch down the middle and everything else is something that can be done by anyone. The stitch down the middle might also be a great way to introduce how to use a sewing machine to a youngun’.

Make one for yourself, or give one as a gift! You can even make a shorter scarf version for daughters, nieces, grandaughters, etc.!

Have fun with the color combinations, too! Use fun fall and winter colors… or use a combination of your favorite team’s colors, for cheering on your local high school or college team!
