My family love, love, loves Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups; and due to a variety of reasons, we don’t actually have them much anymore. I’ve been looking for a recipe possibility that would be way healthier and something that we could eat without feeling like we ate something we shouldn’t.
This recipe calls for PB2, and I’ve yet to really compare the numbers to regular peanut butter, or research what’s missing once you press the oil out of a peanut. But, I think it might be worth taking the time to figure it out, because these might just be something that my family would love.

As most of you know, I discovered PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) a couple weeks ago! I fell in LOVE immediately and have been looking for new things to try with it!
PB2 only has 45 Calories for 2 TB, compared to typical) Peanut Butter that has 210 Calories for 2TB!!
