I have two cans of pumpkin leftover from a birthday cake the girl and I made at the beginning of the month, and I have no idea what to do with them.
I know that canned pumpkin will keep, but I’m sort of itching to try something new and different. I have already made two different pumpkin greek yogurt (fage, pumpkin, peanut butter and honey; and fage, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, granola and honey).
Thankfully, I found this great roundup of forty pumpkin recipes that I think will be enough to find something new and exciting.
Hopefully, I’ll find something wonderful for the whole family that can be modified for everyone’s dietary needs. I’ll keep you posted.
